Belgian style pale ale with white chocolate

We took traditional Belgian Pale Ale recipe, and put a unique twist to it by adding luscious Belgian White Chocolate. This easy to drink, yet subtly complex ale, pours a brilliant copper color and highlights a sweet aroma. We were surprised by the combination of Belgian Pilsener malt and speciality malt that provides notes of bread, biscuits, caramel and sweet velvety smooth notes of white chocolate on the finish.
