Samsaric Brewing

In 2011, Bobby Chacko pursued a path that would take him far past his home brewing hobby. His inaugural creation was a remarkable Double India Pale Ale (DIPA), infused with the aromatic essence of chai tea, a blend inspired by fond memories of sipping his mom's cherished chai in the afternoon. Next came the Witbier, using Pierre Celis’ renowned formula, with the addition of passion fruit. Its success led to the formal incorporation of Samsaric Brewing on November 11, 2011. The word "Samsaric," is derived from the  Sanskrit word for "living," embodies the fleeting moments of existence in the wheel of life.

After the 2020 pandemic and following few years, Samsaric was poised for a

resurgence and armed with a lineup of new and exciting brews. Samsaric partnered with another local brewery, Like Minds Beer, to merge strategies and resources for national growth. In addition to this, Bobby put together a national management team with exceptional talent and experience to help push the business forward.

Today, Samsaric is on the cusp of breaking through to new heights by pulling together operations in multiple states and international partnerships.
