Its “A Team” at the Vineyards created jobs for adults with autism and aimed to create useful and marketable products. The success of the project evolved into the establishment of the PALS non-profit. PALS is fully licensed by the New Jersey Department of Developmental Disabilities to offer services and intervention that ultimately assist individuals with autism.
